How we work

The opposite of an opaque sales deck.

A 30–60 day first quick win, an orchestrator pattern as the destination, and a transparent pricing band so you know what kind of conversation we're having.

Methodology

Five phases, named, with the time we expect each to take. The same template applied to every engagement.

  1. Intake (1–2 weeks)

Working sessions with the people who actually run the work — not the steering committee.

We map two or three candidate workflows and tell you honestly which is the right first cut. Most clients leave intake with a sharper map of their own operations than they came in with, regardless of whether they engage.

  2. POC (4–6 weeks)

A working prototype on real data, behind real users. Not a demo. Not a slide deck. The smallest end-to-end slice that proves the math.

We instrument it from day one so the savings are measurable, not hand-waved.

  3. MVP (6–10 weeks)

Production-shaped system: error handling, observability, audit trail, the unglamorous parts. Bounded scope — one workflow done well beats three done partway.

  4. Production (ongoing, by quarter)

We move at the pace of your operations team's bandwidth, not at the pace of our utilization targets. Quarterly objectives, real metrics, a single named PM on our side.

  5. Handover (always optional, often taken)

If you want to take operations in-house, we hand it over with documentation, runbooks, and pairing time. We don't book lock-in revenue. Clients come back because they want to, not because they have to.

Pricing

Directional pricing, before the call.

Rare in our space. We do this because it screens the conversation in both directions — buyers who'd be a fit, and ones who wouldn't.

Focused assessment
$60–95K

Intake plus a tightly scoped POC on a single workflow. Output is evidence and a build plan.

MVP build
$200–500K

Production-shaped system on one workflow, end-to-end. The most common engagement.

End-to-end implementation
$750K+

Multi-workflow rollout with the orchestrator layer. Months of disciplined delivery.

Every quote is firm and itemized. No hourly billing surprises. Reference calls available with lighthouse clients on request.

Three principles

Start with the pain, not the tech.

We've seen too many engagements that start from a model release and work backwards. The pain comes first. The tech follows.

Prove value in 30–90 days.

Your CFO needs to see something working before the next budget conversation. So do you.

Build a playbook, not a project.

Every engagement leaves behind patterns — for data, governance, change management, evaluation. The patterns are worth more than any single use case.

One last thing — we built this site the same way we build for clients.

Three weeks, AI-augmented engineering, every credibility-gap fix shipped on launch day. The flywheel is real: how we work for ourselves is how we work for you.
