Privacy notice

Last updated April 30, 2026.

This notice explains how Utalkia Corporation(“Utalkia,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit utalkia.com or contact us. It is structured to meet GDPR Article 13 disclosure requirements for visitors in the European Economic Area, and to provide the consumer disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for visitors in California.

Who is the data controller

Utalkia Corporation, 99 Wall Street, Suite 1220, New York, NY 10005, United States. Privacy questions go to alex@utalkia.com.

What we collect

  • Information you submit. Name, work email, company, and the message you send us through the contact form or in reply to a meeting.
  • Booking information. If you book a working session, the calendar invite metadata (name, email, time chosen) is processed by our scheduling provider on our behalf.
  • Site analytics. Aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic counts via Plausible. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
  • Local-only preferences.Theme choice and ROI calculator inputs are stored in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device.

Why we collect it (legal bases under GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest— to operate the site, reply to your inquiry, and run aggregate analytics that don't identify individual visitors.
  • Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps — when you book a working session or actively engage us.
  • Consent — for any non-essential cookies, configured granularly via the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors strictly to operate this site and respond to inbound inquiries: an email provider, a calendaring provider (Cal.com or Calendly), a CRM, and a privacy-friendly analytics provider. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages and booking metadata are retained for up to 24 months unless you explicitly ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregated analytics has no personal-data retention component.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. Where personal data of EEA / UK visitors is transferred to processors outside those regions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors and limit data transfer to what is strictly necessary.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Under CCPA you can request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal data, but the right is yours regardless. Requests go to alex@utalkia.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies

See our cookie notice for the granular list. The banner gives you per-purpose controls; nothing non-essential runs without consent.

Complaints

You always have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — for EU/EEA, your local Data Protection Authority; for the UK, the ICO; for California, the California Privacy Protection Agency.
